Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to the following terms:
• Customer-Initiated Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted via our official customer service email or online chat.
• Within 48 hours of placing your order: You are eligible for a full refund with no questions asked.
• After 48 hours (before shipment): Since most of our clothing is handmade or custom-made, if the production process has already begun, we will deduct 10% of the total order amount from your refund to cover restocking and labor costs. Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the specific production status.
• After shipment: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Once you receive your package, please follow our return policy.
Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements
We are committed to providing high-quality Nspstt products. If you have any post-purchase concerns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide clear photographic evidence.
Service Scope
1. Major Quality Defects: Extensive stains, fabric tears, or damaged zippers. Depending on the severity of the issue, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
2. Incorrect Items: If the wrong character, color, or size was shipped, we will reship the correct item free of charge.
3. Missing Accessories: Missing accessories (e.g., glasses, ties, socks, headwear). We will immediately arrange for a free replacement shipment.
4. Incorrect Size: If the actual size differs from the size chart by more than 3 centimeters, you may exchange the item or request the correct size.
5. Damage During Shipping: If the prop or accessories are damaged during shipping, we will reship the damaged parts free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
1. Items beyond the 7-day warranty period.
2. All custom-made items are non-returnable.
3. No refunds will be issued for partial returns of clothing.
4. Items that have been worn, used, or altered cannot be returned.
5. Clearance items and mystery bags are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Note: All returns must be authorized by the Nspstt team.
1. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the total order amount. Additionally, if a package is returned due to your failure to sign for it, it will be handled according to this policy.
2. If a return is unauthorized, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Consequently, 80% of the total order amount will be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us first: Please contact our customer service team via nspsttservice@outlook.com within 7 days to initiate the return process and obtain an authorized return address.
2. Ship the item back: Once authorized, please ship the return to the address we provide. For security purposes, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to a quality defect or an incorrect item being shipped, Nspstt will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds:Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
